TW Europe processes personal data to provide its services and to communicate with customers and website visitors. Personal data may include:

• Camera surveillance images at our premises.

TW Europe does not process special categories of personal data such as political opinions, religious beliefs or health data.

When you submit the contact form, your name, company, email address, selected subject and message are sent to TW Europe by email via Mijndomein. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. The website does not store a separate copy of your message in a database.

4. Data retention

We apply the following retention periods:

• Administrative records: 7 years.
• Camera surveillance images: a maximum of 14 days.
• Other personal data: up to 5 years.

In the event of potential legal liability, data may be retained for up to 20 years.

5. Sharing personal data

Personal data is only shared with processors acting on behalf of TW Europe, or when legally required. Data is only transferred outside the EU when appropriate safeguards are in place.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request:

The website code does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, analytical cookies or marketing cookies. Hosting and security services may use technically necessary cookies.

The contact page uses a necessary session cookie for form security. This cookie contains a random session identifier and expires when the browser session ends. Temporary request timestamps and a hashed identifier help prevent spam; message contents are not included in these rate-limit records. Images, fonts, video and the terms and conditions are loaded from this website.

8. Security

TW Europe applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. These include encrypted connections, secured systems and regular security reviews.
